I'm not sure who told you all this crap, but you NEVER had a curse on you. When we are told something like that by someone we trust it tends to color our lives to the point that we believe everything that happens to us is the result of some evil eye, curse. It's bullshit. People tell you this to make money (and a lot of it) by offering "curse removal services". I would imagine this has cost you between $300 and $1000 so far, huh?

I have some suggestions for you:

If you want to feel protected, burn a black and a white candle and ask your Higher Power, God, Jesus, the Goddess, Johnny Cash, Mighty Mouse or whatever figure you trust, to protect you.

The most important thing you should do is check the laws in your city and state regarding fraudulent psychics. Report the person who has been extorting money from you to the authorities and get your money back. If you'd rather not go that far, chalk it up as a loss filled with learning and move on. Whatever you do, do not shell out one more cent to this person!

Sholay, you are not the only one who turns off street lights. It happens to me too. I have an article on my web site called Do Highway Lights Turn Off Around You Too. Its a very interesting article about street light interference.

I disagree with her conclusion that we all have some type of capacitance and that affects these lights. I have a background and a degree in technology, so I've had my share of physics courses. The sensors used on many street lights are photo cells. Their resistance increases with an increase in ambient light. When the ambient light gets bright enough and their resistance increases enough, the current stops flowing, and the street light turns off.

I used to have a roommate who could see auras, and she would tell me how sometimes people's auras can stay close and tight around one's body, and sometimes our auras expand and interact with other's auras. She made the comment that my family all have very tight auras and we keep them contained to ourselves at family gatherings.

I think that you, and I, and many others have some sort of light in our auras that the street light sensors pick up. And, I do not think that anything or anyone is trying to tell you something. You just have a bright aura, girlfriend. So, keep practicing. You are going to be one hell of a psychic some day.

Dear Hopeful,

I am reminded of a song by The Tea Party (if you've not heard of them...well, they are more than worth a listen, especially for those dedicated to an esoteric approach to life) entitled "One Step Closer Away". Particularly the lyrics...

I believe in the connection of which you speak, and I have no doubt of its existence between you and W.
