It really does not matter how he once felt. That is in the past. Neither does facts such as he engaged. Everything from this moment back is history and has nothing to do about nothing.

What is important is this moment forward and what you do with it. He has moved on and does not want you in his present or his future life, so get over him.

He has shown his true self, the one that would have come out if you did marry him. Tell me, would you really want to be married to a man as rude and uncaring as he?
