Question (complete): will my fiance remain incarcerated over 10 years

Red,
It depends on the age of the judge that sentenced him. Where you are from they have a little known law that if a judge dies of natural causes, all still incarcerated by him are set free with full pardons. Something to do with they can’t get a retrial.
