Question (complete): my sister neglected and abused our mother who passed away January 12, 2009. I believe that she has also stolen all of my mother’s money with a secret power of attorney as well as forged our mother’s name that I suspect with bank withdrawls and she claimed that she had an actual power of attorney, but refuses to provide proof of it. The question that I have is; are all of my suspicions about her stealing this money accurate and that she didn’t have an actual power of attorney and if so will she ultimately return what she’s stolen or should charges be pressed against her for embezzlement?
